Please download and fill out the following forms in order to place a custom order. To use the forms, right click on the link and select Save Target As... Please fill out one form for each order.

Customs Restrictions: many countries (including the USA) have strict customs laws surrounding the importation of certain goods. This can include leather, feathers, seeds, plant products (including dried flowers), etc. You can check your country's local government and/or postal websites, or ring your local customs office for a full list of restricted items.

It is advisable that before you make any order from us, you should double check with your local postal agency that the items you are ordering can be shipped in to your country. Faerietail / Elisabeth Howe takes no responsibility for extra charges incurred. If the items you have ordered are not allowed in to the country, please know that no refunds will be offered. It is a good idea to keep this in mind before placing any orders.
