Shipping For Australian Orders:
Orders & Processing
All domestic (within Australia) orders are processed using PayPal. You do not need an account to use PayPal, and it works like any other credit card processing system. Click here to read about PayPal's security.
Orders are processed by hand, and may take up to a week to be posted off to
you. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks before reporting an order as not having arrived.
All orders are sent via Registered Post. This means that every order has a registered
number that it can be tracked by.
Shipping
Our shipping costs work on a fixed scale, and the shipping cost will be added in to your total, before you pay for your order. The shipping is as follows (all amounts are in Australian Dollars):

Shipping For International Orders:
Orders & Processing
All international orders must be submitted using our MS Word International Order Form. Once your order has been received, we will calculate the shipping cost and include this in your final quote. You will then be electronically invoiced via PayPal. You do not need an account to use PayPal, and it works like any other credit card processing system. Click here to read about PayPal's security.

All international orders are sent via International Air Mail. Tracking and insurance
are available for extra (if you are interested in either/both, please be certain
to mention this before the quote is sent to you).
Shipping
Shipping will be calculated based upon the weight of the final order. The shipping
cost will be quoted to you in our final order invoice.
Refunds/Returns Policy
We will only offer refunds on shipments that are either i) damaged during shipping, or ii) lost during shipping, and do not arrive.
i) All return requests for damaged goods must be logged within 3 days of receipt of the item. You must then post the item back to us. It is very easy to tell the difference between damage received during shipment, and damage received once handled. Once the item has been assessed as to whether your damage claim is valid, we will either then refund you fully or offer you an exchange. If the damage is assessed as having occurred once received by you, we will post the item back to you, without a refund.
Please note: these items are all hand made, including the creation, painting and handling. By purchasing an item from us, you accept that there may be some level of imperfection in the purchased goods. Any damage claimed must be both significant and seriously affect the wearability/aesthetic of the object.
ii) All posted items require a signature upon receipt, and if you report your shipment lost, we will immediately check with the post office tracking. If the item has indeed been lost, and not recorded to have arrived at your provided address, we will offer a full refund or exchange.
